The seven minimum details
- Date or date window and Italian location.
- Indicative guest count.
- Requested service and parts of the day to cover.
- Preferred language for communication and contract.
- Professionals already confirmed, especially planner and venue.
- Budget or expected range for the service.
- Preferred next step and time zone for a call.
A reply that sounds human
